  • Conference bag and handbook
  • Attendance at all sessions 31 October to 2 November 2012
  • Attendance at the Networking evening on Wednesday 31 October 2012
  • Morning teas, afternoon teas and lunches as specified in the conference program
  • Attendance at the Conference Dinner on the evening of Thursday 1 November 2012

Please note: that Pre-Conference Workshops are being held on 30 October and must be registered and paid for separately. Session information will be available early 2012. All existing delegates will be advised when workshop topics are confirmed and can register to attend.

Day registration

  • Conference bag and handbook
  • Attendance to ONE selected day 31 October to 2 November 2012
  • Morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch as specified in the conference program on your selected day.

The Conference Dinner and/or the Networking evening must be paid for separately, including if you choose a day registration for Tuesday 31 October and or Thursday 1 October 2012.

Payments

Payment can be made via the online registration system using Visa or Mastercard. Delegates paying by cheque should complete the attached manual registration form send their completed registration form and cheque (payable to Deakin University) to:

All payments must be made in Australian dollars and received prior to the conference. If payment from your organisation is not received prior to the conference you will be asked to provide your personal credit card details to confirm your registration. A tax (GST) invoice will be emailed once your registration has been confirmed.

Will be eligible for a refund less $250. Cancellations notified after this date will not be eligible for a refund, however registration may be transferred to another eligible person. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.

Insurance

Insurance, including medical cover, travel cover and expenses incurred in the event the conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. Please discuss insurance cover with your travel agent when booking air travel.
